Privacy Policy

We are the sole owners of the information collected through Eeny. We do not sell or rent this information to anyone. The information we collect directly includes details required for communication with Slack, such as workspace name, enterprise name, and user display names. Workspace and enterprise names are stored for as long as the app is installed. User display names are processed but never stored.

Eeny only collects information sent to it directly via direct messages or when the bot is directly mentioned. We do not store or log other messages or Slack activity. Eeny does not access past or archived messages. We collect Slack account and access information for the sole purpose of connecting to the Slack API.

Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company without your consent, except for delivering the service requested. It will not be shared outside of the authorized Slack team.

For users on the Pro plan, we store basic payment metadata, such as payment ID, subscription ID, and subscription status. We do not store or process payment details—this is handled securely by Stripe. Payment-related metadata will be retained for a minimum of six years for accounting purposes.

All data related to an installation is deleted within 45 days of app uninstallation. Users can request deletion of their Pro-related data separately by contacting privacy@eeny.io.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only administrators who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to data held within the Eeny application. The computers/servers in which we store information are kept in a secure environment.
